Stephanie Marcellus is a professor at Wayne State College, where she teaches creative writing and literature courses. She recently received her doctoral degree in British literature from the University of South Dakota and also holds an MFA in creative writing from Colorado State University. Her poems and short stories have been published in Prairie Gold: An Anthology of the American Heartland, The Blue Bear Review, Alligator Juniper, Nebraska Life, In Times of Sorrow, Times of Grace: Writing by Women of the Great Plains/High Plains among others.
